About the policy regarding the processing of personal data
1. CJSC "SOLAR LS" (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) pays special attention to the protection personal data when processed in our organization and respects the rights subjects of personal data.
The approval of the Policy Statement regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is one of the measures to protect personal data taken by the Organization, provided for in Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021, No. 99-Z “On the protection of personal data” (hereinafter – Law).
The policy explains to personal data subjects how and for what purposes their personal data collected, used or otherwise processed, and also reflects the existing personal data subjects' rights and the mechanism for their implementation.
The policy does not apply to the processing of personal data in the course of employment and during implementation of administrative procedures (in relation to employees and former employees).

2.The organization processes personal data in the following cases:
2.1. Consideration of appeals, including comments and suggestions included in the book
2.2. Conclusion and execution of civil contracts (for example, supply, purchase and sale, services, contracting, etc.).
2.3. Review of resumes (application forms, autobiographies, personnel records, applications, letters of recommendation, etc.) of applicants for vacant positions for the purpose of concluding employment contract.
2.4. Review of messages sent through the website of SOLAR LS CJSC.
2.5. Implementation of the rights and obligations of the Organization’s shareholders.
3.Personal data may also be used by the Organization for scientific or other purposes. research purposes after mandatory anonymization of such personal data, in particular for preparing annual reports on its activities;
4. The organization processes only those personal data that are necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, and does not allow them to be redundantly processed.
5. The organization does not transfer personal data to third parties, for except in cases provided for by legislative acts.
6. The subject of personal data has the right:
6.1. to withdraw your consent, if for the processing of personal data The organization contacted the subject of personal data to obtain consent. In this regard, the right to withdrawal of consent cannot be implemented in the case when processing is carried out on the basis of a contract (for example, when implementing educational programs) or in accordance with legal requirements (for example, when conducting control or considering a received appeal);
6.2. to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data containing:
6.3. require the Organization to make changes to your personal data in case the personal data is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. For these purposes, the subject personal data attaches the relevant documents and (or) their certified in the prescribed manner copies confirming the need to make changes to personal data;
6.4. receive information from the Organization about providing your personal data processed by the Organization to third parties. Such a right can be exercised once per calendar calendar year, and the provision of relevant information is free of charge;
6.5. require the Organization to stop processing its personal data, including its deletion, in the absence of grounds for processing personal data, provided for by the Law and other legislative acts;
6.6. appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions of the Organization that violate it rights when processing personal data, to court in the manner established by civil procedural law legislation.
7. To exercise your rights related to the processing of personal data by the Organization, the subject of personal data submits an application to the Organization in writing or electronically document (and in case of exercising the right to withdraw consent– also in the form in which such consent was given received) respectively at the postal address or Internet address specified in part five of paragraph 1 of this Policy.
